The evening starts with your entrance to our humble kitchen studio where in normal time cooking and baking classes are conducted. One single large table situates in the centre of the room. Farther ahead is a cooking station, oh the noise of our oven and fridges, clanks and clangs of our chefs preparing your first course, bring you to the front seat of this culinary theatre. You and your guests take seat, perhaps with anticipation for an amuse bouche. And then, the gustatory journey begins…

Fine prints:
Booking is possible between Thursday and Sunday. We suggest your arrival time between 5pm to 7pm as the multi-course dinner service has a typical duration of approximately 3 hours. Our guests typically stay for 3 to 5 hours, but of course you are welcome to enjoy your conversation until late.
Available time slots are released on the first of each month for the subsequent two months. Bookings are first-come-first-serve, and must be made at least 14 days in advance. Upon securing a reservation, you will receive an email notification, and a request for a 50% deposit. Only paid reservations are confirmed. We reserve the right to release any unconfirmed time slots.
Reservations can be cancelled and are fully refundable up to 14 days before the booked date. Partial or no refund may be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the booked date, upon our discretion.
Each menu is designed with consideration of your preferences and suggestions, and the culinary theme you select. While we try our best to accommodate your requests, due to limitations of our capacity, we regret we cannot guarantee to honour any specific requests except to mitigate food allergies.
An operational kitchen is an inherently hazardous environment. Please understand there are sharp objects, hot surfaces, loud and constant noises that are present during your dinner. By dining with us at Gusta, you accept any of such hazards and are fully responsible for your own safety and well-being, and will not hold Gusta liable for any discomfort or injury.
